Weakest Queen: how it works

Your queens answer in turn against a money chain — every right answer climbs it, one wrong answer loses the lot, and anyone can shout BANK to lock the cash in. When the clock runs out, they vote one of their own off the stage: 'You ARE the weakest queen — now sashay away.' Down to two, it's a head-to-head for the whole pot.

Hosting it

1. Create a game from /weakestqueen and load a question pack (built-in, AI-generated, or one you wrote in the admin Question Bank).
2. Start the clock from your console (or from the backstage pad) — the round music kicks in, and an end-round sting plays when the timer's up. Sound comes from the console, so keep that device on the PA.
3. Queens answer OUT LOUD in turn against a money chain — every question is question-and-answer, no multiple choice. You mark each answer right or wrong on the console (or hand the backstage pad to a stage manager). Every right answer climbs the chain on the big screen, one wrong answer loses the lot.
4. A queen shouts BANK and you tap BANK on the console to lock the money in before it's lost.
5. When the round clock runs out, the console shows the strongest and weakest link and what each queen banked and got right, then the queens vote one of their own off on their phones: 'You ARE the weakest queen.'
6. Down to two, it's a head-to-head for the whole pot.

Playing it

1. Scan the QR and put your name in.
2. When it's your turn, answer OUT LOUD — there's nothing to tap. The big screen shows the money chain, the countdown clock and the pots (not the question).
3. Shout BANK before you answer if you want the host to lock the money in safely.
4. Your phone is for VOTING: when the clock runs out, you all vote one queen off. Vote tactically.
5. Down to two, it's a head-to-head for the whole pot.
